Thank You!

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for all your sweet messages, emails, phone calls, cards, and comments on myspace. Wow! There has not been a day this week where I didn't have a congrats on my phone, blog, email, or myspace. Today is my birthday, and I feel so incredibly blessed to have such a great family and wonderful friends in my life. I think my birthday present came a little early this year, and I couldn't be any happier. I never thought I would be 29 when we brought our first child into the world, but I am glad that it worked out this way. Life's little blessings are definitely worth the wait!

IT'S OFFICIAL!

Well, after trying for what seemed like FOREVER, we are finally having a baby! On December 30th, 2008 we found out that we were expecting. It has been the most exciting news and we've been waiting patiently to share it with everyone. Today we went in for our first ultrasound, and everything looks great. There is one (Yes, just ONE!) healthy baby developing. We were able to see and hear the heartbeat which was amazing. They decided that my due date is around September 8, 2009 according to the ultrasound. Despite the nausea and fatigue, I am doing pretty well. I'll continue to keep everyone updated, so just follow along as we go through this exciting journey!
