She's crawling!!!

And.... CRAWLING!!!  Avery started crawling yesterday!!!  Very exciting... And she also started saying Da-Da!  Of course, she doesn't really know what it means, but she says it.  It's really cute!  Like I say all the time, she's growing TOO FAST!! 

Avery is 8 months old!

Well, another month has flown by, and our sweet little Avery is now 8 months old!  She is busy busy busy!!!  Her favorite modes of transportation right now are rolling and walking/running in her walker.  She will play chase in her walker and has learned to get into all sorts of things (books, things on the coffee table etc...) by using her walker.  She is soooo close to crawling.  She tries so hard, then gives up and decides to roll.  She is also responding to her name now, and definitely knows us and other family members.  She is eating a variety of foods now, and LOVES feeding herself finger foods (mainly puffs).  She sleeps through the night when her gums aren't bothering her... And speaking of gums... Avery's first teeth came in last night!!  We can see and feel her two bottom teeth.  She is so much fun, and growing up waaaay too fast! 

We participated in the March of Dimes, March for Babies Walk last weekend with some of my family.  Justin's Bank sponsored a team.   Avery and the doggies had a great time!

Easter Weekend

My blog is definitely due for an update!  We have been really busy the past couple of weeks, and Avery has been sick with an ear infection.  Thankfully, she is feeling much better, and we were able to enjoy her 1st Easter!  This weekend was spent with lots of family and good friends.  On Friday night, we cooked and hung out at a friend's house.

On Saturday, Ted's parents made a quick trip to Temple to spend some time with Avery.  It was a beautiful day, so most of their time was spent outside.  I was stuck at work most of the day, but Avery LOVED the time with her Nana and Grandpa.

Saturday night, we went to our church service at TBC and then to dinner with some good friends.

And then on Sunday, we went to my parent's church, and then had lunch at my parent's house.
